Thank you for shopping with ColdBrewKofi Collectibles! Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.
📦 Shipping Carrier
We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery address.
🇺🇸 Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Stay tuned for updates!
⏱ Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped same or next day when placed before our daily cutoff time (11:30 AM EST). Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next available business day.
🚚 Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days depending on your location and the USPS service selected at checkout.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues outside our control.
💰 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are carrier-calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. The rate is based on your order's weight, package dimensions, and delivery address.
📬 Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at usps.com or through the USPS mobile app.
Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to update in the USPS system.
