Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). We use carrier-calculated rates, so your exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on USPS rates for your specific order and location. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed the next business day.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times via USPS are generally:

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
  • USPS First-Class Package: 2–5 business days
  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at usps.com or through the USPS mobile app.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in filing a claim with USPS. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged after confirmed delivery.

No Returns or Refunds

Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds after purchase. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
